Topic: If you laptop crashes? - Page: 2

I carry 2 identical HDs backed up weekly and keep a 3rd in a fire safe in my office just in case. I couldn't possibly find half of the files again if I only had one copy. Many many years of collecting music, samples, etc.

I haven't had a single problem yet in the 3 years I have had my mac.

I also keep a spare laptop.
 
I Have Some Mix Cd's With Mixes On Each Cd.Each CD Has About 1hr-1:10 Of Music None Stop,And Have 8 Cd's With The Top Hits Of Old School Hit Only And A Side CD With All The Side Songs To Help Me Out Until My CP Back On Line Or Try To Go Get My 2nd CP If The Time Will Allow Me. I Alway Keep One MP3 With Todays Hits.
 
i have my ipod connected in the aux cable of my external mixer...

I'm not really sure of what you're trying to say but.... hopefully this helps... all you would need to do is take a cable with a 3.5mm tip (this side into your iPod) and plug into your mixer or mixing board, example.... when I don't need to use a mixing board and am just using a mixer I use a 3.5mm to RCA cable and go into a "line in" on the mixer and when I use a mixing board I use a 3.5mm into a 1/4" input on the mixing board. It's all going to depend on what you need to plug into to figure out the proper cable and what kind of inputs it will accept, RCA, 1/4' etc. Hope that makes sense...
