I have a Hercules Rmx and can't figure out how to mix songs on it. Which is sad becasue it is a simple mixer. My problem is that I only get music playing from one deck even if both are playing.

make sure both your gain control knob settings are adjusted to the centre just for test purposes, your main volume slider is set to the second line from the top, volume sliders for deck a & b are all the way to the bottom and the crossfader is set on the middle marker, now set music away in both decks a & b move deck a volume slider up until you hear music and reset do the same with b volume, once you have confirmed you have audio from both decks you can now adjust your output volume to the desired levels for both decks, use your crossfader to select which deck you want your audience to hear

make sure your primary outs are on 1 & 2, then the fader will work. if its on 3/4, it will just be gain controlled
