Hi, I recently bought this Dj Console Inclusive the Virtual DJ software
I Installed the software, but the volumefader(all 3) don't work, (the Cue select buttons also don't work properly, I think).
Is this problem a problem more of you had trouble with?!
I don't know wat to do, I allready installed the updates of the Hercules.
could someone help me?

how do you have it configured in sound set up??? and do you use the same usb port everytime
