Just lettin all of you know that my fiance just gave birth to a baby boy at 5:45 this morning. William Richard is 6 lbs 4 ounces and 1 month early. Was DJin last night when she says to me WE GOTTA GO NOW. Now the really weird thing about this is the fact that she was told it was a girl a few months ago so everything we have is for a girl. But hey who cares he seems to be healthy and I will know more later today and tomorrow.

Congrats to you, the fiance' and the new little guy!

I think DJ's have it a bit easier with newborns because we're already accustomed to being up late, and having to deal with lack of sleep ;)
Also, if the baby was exposed to 'practice DJ sessions' in utero, then you may find that a good hard beat will actually soothe them to sleep. At least that's how it was for my daughters!

Congrats!! I just became an Uncle and the feeling was great, I can only imagine what it is like becoming a father... Congradulations! Wish you and your family the best!!! Like Norway said, A NEW DJ IS BORN!

 
Well thanks to all. It has been a rough 2 days as I am tryin to get the house ready as we thought we would have another month to get this done. I am back and forth to the hospital every few hours. Today is gonna be rough cause everyone and their mother will be going to see her and the baby. Once again thanks to all for the support.
 
make it though the first week and you'll be ok :) Congrats! Mine is now 7 months and refuses to sleep thru the night. Enjoy them while they are small and take lots of pictures.
