Hey guys, same problem over here. I'm considering switching to another software just because of this... I've given all the permissions to Virtual DJ, but Hot Cues disappear when I restart the program after a little while. Very annoying thing I must say.

You need to provide a lot more information in order for anyone to help.
Are you on Mac or PC? What's your OS? Which version of VDJ are you using (this thread is about VDJ 2021 which not the current version)? What kind of files are you playing (audio/video/format)? Where are your files (internal drive, external, streamed)? etc. etc.

November 2023 here. Latest version of VDJ. windows 11. Followed all the other threads and their dead ends; still my settings reset; I have even reinstalled VDJ completely (or so I thought)
Permissions are given. Read Only is unchecked.
I am wits end here.
By they way, there is no Virtual DJ folder under "My Documents" its all under App Data>Local>Virtual DJ

Does the file modified date change on the settings file in appdata after closing VirtualDJ?
