How to restore Hot Cue. My Virtual Dj got crashed. lost all my Hot Cues. how can i restore them back

They are in the database.xml file under documents/virtualdj
If that is broken, hopefully you have a backup you can restore
It may also just be locked by a dead process, in which case a simple laptop reboot should fix it

Klaus sir thank you so much... DO i have to uninstall my software again?????? I TRIED ITS NOT WORKING...

No. If you uninstall it and remove all files you also loose the hotcues
It's all about the database.xml file
