Isn't that what automixMaxLength does now?
It stops the track after the xxx seconds it has been set to, and mix into the next track

FYI, this feature (the automixMaxLength setting) is available in latest Early Access Build 4830

So you want something like mix 20 seconds from now?
I can see there's a difference between maxLength & maxLength from now but it's subtle.
There's ways now already that don't need a new option, explain your wish further please.
