Hi is it possible to script the duration of an autocrossfade bpm relative to 8 bars? instead of using seconds or miliseconds i want to use bars. maybe using "get _bpm" and divide the information?

Automix can do it with automixSkipLength. That's meassured in beats and triggers when you force a mix in automix mode
Apart from that you may need to use the Builder plugin by Locodog

From memory:
If you are running in automix mode and force a premature mix to next song, - like by double clicking another track in the list - it's used to control the length of the mix
