This was triggered by a more general question on the FB page
Can you use the track cleaner on streamed files without support for offline storage?
The features that gets stored in the database.xml files work, so you can of course set hotcues and have them load with the track the next time you stream the track to a deck. The more fancy POI editing stuff also works, so you can jump between POIs, loop things, revers and so on using POIs on streamed tracks
But track cleaner creates a .vdjedit file. That's actually just an XML file with info, so I guess there is no legal issue storing it. But it normally places it next to the original track, and points to the source file, which it can't do with a streamed track, because it doesn't exists. So the seems like the save function in Track Cleaner for streamed tracks simply just doesn't do anything, and you get asked again and again if you want to save the changes
Am I missing something?
