You need a sort field for Videos and Karaoke Files because if I'm DJing I don't need all those karaoke or Video files to come up in my search window.

I have a large Karaoke And Video collection.

So having a sort fiels for Karaoke that you could click off would be an added plus to make it easier for a busy DJ not to stress over all them unnecessary files.

This also is needed for Video file for the same reason as above.

I also do Video shows Don't need those Karaoke or Audio Files either in my search.

So having this feature would be extremely deneficial to all you're users.

Another thing the color difference between the Video and Karaoke files should be greater like Deep Green for Karaoke and Deep Blue for Videos, right now there to closely sililar in color especially in lighted area's some times it's hard to distinguish the two.

you already have in your browser window in search fields...

the colour codes may be adjustable in the xml file
 
Well I discovered that this requested feature has already been implemented.

I would think it would be by the search box button icon, but discovered this feature is by the file counter button so still exploring this fine software.

The color scheme for Karaoke and Video still needs some addressing

check out the xml code in the skin you are using and i shouldn't see why you can't change your colour codes, can do just about everything else with font etc... could be wrong on this though, give me the skin you use and i'll have a look for you.
 
The icons for karaoke and video files are in the skin picture file.

But some old skins don't have these icons.

I would like to change the colour or make it deeper to better distinguish the Video Ane Karaoke Files.

did that a while back think i might update it...
 
sorry joey went into the bitmap image file and tried to change the small icons, obviously i'm not doing something right maybes jeremie can help you out... and me for future reference.

Not sure where to start or how to go about just changing the color depth of the video and karaoke files will do for now.

If any body can help me by detialing what steps I need to take to accomplish this task would be very much appreciated.

Maybe you can help me with this I'd like to change the color of Karaoke files from blue to orange at this point.

Tayla was tring to help me and posted instuctions to get in the file to make changes but I'm stumped as to how or what to change in the file to effect the desire results?

What do I change to make the Karaoke file color code orange

You can not change the specific types to a specific color.

Mp3's are a different color?

Video, Karaoke and Video Linked Mp3 are to close in color to easaly distinguish especially in lighted areas.

Can anything be done to change this?

Open the Skin Picture in Paint or any any other graphic software.

Go down untill you see a set of icons (they are positioned at pixel 0 : 3026).
Edit the Karaoke Icon to put it in Orange

Save the file
Zip it in the skin package
And there you go!
