Order confirmation E-mail not received

Q: I have purchased a license but have not received any Order Confirmation email.

Please check your spam or junk mail folder. Most E-mail software and webmail servers such as GMail, Hotmail, etc. will automatically filter or block messages that appear to be spam. Automated E-mails such as those sent by our website can often be incorrectly filtered or blocked as spam.

If your confirmation does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, please contact our support team, giving as much information as possible (E-mail address used at time of purchasing, date/time, order reference number (If known), etc.)
