hi everyone, when i play a track on the left deck with the crossfader all the way to the left the sound is fine but as i start moving the crossfader over to the right the sound just completly cuts out. when i try the other deck though it works fine, also it worked fine at first. Any suggestions would be much appreciated thanks.

It sounds like you have your crossfader set to "cut" or "scatch". You really want it on "smooth" or "Full"
Config>Options tab>Crossfader>Smooth or Full.

Please register your VDJ serial number.
If you are using the internal x-fader (fader in VDJ software) then that is a weird problem indeed. If you are using a (cracked) version of VDJ, that would explain your issue.

This is what led me to think it may not be the x-fader settings. If it were, both sides should have the same curve. I've never seen where the curve is sharp on one side and full on the other.
Hope it gets sorted out.
