Hi All,
I know this isn't a Hercules forum, but I'm guessing any of you who have a hercules box have had similar problems:
The 3.5mm output jacks make intermittently bad connection, lots of noise if i wiggle the jack.
Is there any simple method of sorting this out? Maybe opening the box and bending the contacts on the sockets? Anyone tried this?

Use the RCA outputs 1&2 for MUCH better sound quality.
Don't use that small 3.5mm output mate it's just shit.

Lol, that was the stupidest question of the year.
Didn't even SPOT the RCA outs last time I looked at the back!
Thanks, problem solved. And just to if anyne hasn't installed the latest firmware update that for their hercules, do it now!
The key debounce problem is fixed, no more missed cues... joy!
