Hi,
I just bought a RMX today and wanted to connect it to my MacBook (OSX 10.4.11). I have installed the latest version of VDJ and also the RMX software. But I do still have the problem, that once I connect the RMX wiht the Macbook after a few seconds my touchpad doesn't wok anymore. When I start VDj by using the keypad, it says "can't detect controller, please connect controller and restart VDJ". Using the ok-button it then starts VDJ and I can see the faders work, but can't select and play any music.
Can anyone please help me? I already wrote an e-mail to the hercules-support as well!

In mac osx, not in VDJ:
Go to system prefs, on keyb & mouse, go to trackpad and desellect the option on the bottom.
I have it in spanish, but i think in english it's something like "ignore trackpad when mouse it's connected".
I hope this solve your issue.
Another thing it's trying to connect the rmx on another usb.
