doing an event at a club where they already have a turntables and searto soundcard setup so DJ's can just plug in there lappy and go. My question is will i be able to do the same with VV just plug and go? or will it require me to download drivers?

You're going to have to do a lot of tuning up in setup. It's not going to be just plug and play. I wouldn't recommend it. Only safe way to do that is if u have a serato box at home and you configure vdj to use it, once u get the stability you can just go to the club, plug in the serato box(cause 90% of them are identical) & play, but still, it's not a guarantee you'll have a smooth night.

Really? I saw a couple tutorial videos saying VDJ is and can be used with the searto box without any tech issues? could it go either way? like being perfect or it could have problems........Well would it be worth a quick test run? I would love to test the sound card at home but i don't have 1 readily available.
