Topic: Still can't broadcast

I have done the port forwarding, for Scast1, Start port 8000 End port 8001, IP Address 192.168.0.3, but my computer is still not visible.
When I try to add new port forwarding to my Computers IP address 99.245.30.246, which I believe is my IP at the present as I have done the above a while ago, it says "Invaild service or game"


Can somebody help me out?
