Topic: Ripping music from CD to VirtualDJ

由于该帖子已年深日久,可能包含陈旧过时或描述错误的信息。

I am a fairly experienced user on VirtualDJ but have never ripped music from CD, I have always downloaded albums.

The problem I am having is that when I rip music from CD VirtualDJ is not showing the artist of the track, but when I look in My Music folder all of the artists are in place and I can see no difference in layout between tracks I've ripped and downloaded.

I have found a way of getting around this by writing the artists name in the track name field, before the actual name of the track.

e.g
Track name Artist
'Eminem - 8 Mile' 'Eminem'

However, this is very time consuming and I know there is an easier way. Does anybody know of it?

Nice one

What format are they in MP3, WMA... If your using Windows Media Player it rips in WMA by default set it to rip in MP3 and up the sample rate to get better quality. You may need use a WMA to MP3 converter that converts WMA to MP3 with the proper ID3 tags.
