Topic: Hercules VDJ RMX and VDJ Pro

Hi all,
I purchased a version of Virtual DJ Pro a few months ago, now I get the Hercules RMX console but it doesn't work with my VDJ Pro version, so I unistall it and put the version that came with the console, finally it works. My question is since I have a serial number for the VDJ Pro version how I can upgrade my VDJ LE version that came with the Hercules RMX console?

You shouldn't need to. I'm currently running VDJ Pro Trail with the RMX and it works fine. It uses the pre-defined midi mappings for the Hercules MK II. You should see that controller enabled in your config menu.
 
YEAH II HAD A PROBLEM TOO....BUT SEE WEN I BOUGHT VDJ 5.1 PRO....AUTOMATICLY IT RECONIZED THE COTROLER RMX...AND TURNED IT ON. I USE THE MK2 ICON ON CONFIG AND IT WORKS.

That's what you are suppose to do, as there is no Icon for the RMX in the Remote control tab of VitrualDJ yet.


 
wally please remember to cancell your cap settings, as you can see no one else uses this setting when posting... thanks

btw the herc is great especially for the money. Congrats for getting one.
 
Thanks for the reply, I did the instalation of the Hercules Virtual DJ LE version and then run it for first time, after that I install the Pro version again and eveirthing run ok. But I notice something because if you don't run the Virtual DJ LE for first time you get your console sound only for one side and it diesn't matter what yo do to fix it everithing sound on one speaker. But after I run the LE version everithing works perfect.

All I did was install the Latest drivers of the Hercules website, installed the latest firmware (included in the driver package) for my RMX and cracked up VirtualDJ, and away I went

Didn't need the LE version, or the CD that came with the RMX. Anyway glad it work out good for you.

 
I purchased rmx controller, downloaded the hardware, & the solftware. 20 day free trail of VDJ Pro says Its Active but its not. Whats The Problem, I,m Using windows vista, maybe I need to tweak my cumputer But I,m Having All Kinds Of Problems, Maybe I Have To get VDJ Pro But I,m Not Prepaired to pay another 299.oo for it. What Should I Do?
