Only if they had outputs for each "player"...i mean one output for each channel.
Do some searching on timecoded CDJ's. A midi controller would probably be a better option.
Don't know how'd they work with serato or PCDJ as this is a VDJ forum.

thanks i wanted to make sure before i buy the unit theres 2 slots for both sides but someone said that the souncard will have a issue because of the mixer slots???
i use x session(M audio unit) pro unit but the thing makes noise when sometimes wheni move the controls as oppose to using just the mouse, it doesnot work well with vdj(my opinion).

I dont think they will work with any DJ software, controlling two decks at least.
Reason is that is built in mixer where the sound outputs from the CD decks go directly to that mixer (And inside the box).
To control a DJ software (VirtualDJ, PCDJ, Serato etc), you need the sound from the CD players (that plays the timecode CD), to go to your PC soundcards INPUTS (and not to a mixer).
The soundcard inputs will tell Virtual DJ what you are doing at your CD players (play, stop, cue, nudge, scratch, pitch, loop etc....)
And then VirtualDJ will send the music from VirtualDJ out to your soundcards OUTPUTS, and from there to possibly an external mixer
So you can basically use any stand alone or dual CD player that does NOT have a built in mixer. And you also need a soundcard with two stereo outs and two stereo inputs.
If you arent using CDs, it far better and easier to just get a MIDI controller, such as Numark DMX2, Numark Total Control, Hercules RMX and so on ;)
