I stripped it down completely! You might not want to do such an extensive breakdown but I did. I had issues with mine at first either due to Vista or my Nvidia video card driver so I bypassed both Vista 32 and 64 and installed Windows XP.
My tweaks will differ since we have two completely different opperating systems but I will find you some Vista Tweaks and post them for you! Let me know how things work with your setup now though.
