If i hook up my turn tables to my mixer and my mixer to the DJ/IO will the turntables and mixer still correspond to the software?

No.
You need a 4inputs 4outputs souncard like maya -u46dj- virtual vinyl box etc.

The place where i orderd my stantons from called numark directly and asked if i could do that.
They said that if i just plug my tables into my mixer and from the mixer into the dj/io it should work. I felt kinda skeptical if you can do this or not as i heard the dj/io is just for head phones basically.
So yeah was just wondering if that was possibly cuz i know it has 4 rca jacks in the back that are outputs
