i never thought of asking if its vista compatible ... i hope so

I think it is Vista compatible just not sure on 64bits..

is there anywhere of finding out

It'll work on Vista, not sure about 64-bit though. I ran it with Vista on 32-bit and it ran fine. I'm sure it should work for you also; at least if not there should be patches to download to be able to do so.

The DJio is not supported on Vista 64 at this time , there are fundamental changes in the audio engine of 64 bit.

Kind Regards

Any news on this? I just switched to a new machine running Vista 64. I have 6GB RAM, so switching to Vista 32 is really not an option...

Thanks!

I wouldn't do that , just yet we are investigating 64 bit drivers currently.

Im not sure on an exact date as software development does not work that way, but they should be available in the near future.

yea but i wonder how long this is ganna take..ive been waiting for this for a good minute...i have my desktop that is 64 bit and i cant use my djio cuase its 34 bit..my laptop that was 34 bit broke and now i have a gig march 7...so theres no time :[..

The 64 bit issue is as much a Microsoft issue as it is a manufacturer issue. For everyone that is complaining here I hope they are complaining to MS.......

I still can't believe people are buying hardware without checking compatibility then complaining like crazy when it's not compatible.

Anyone using an x64 operating system should realise that drivers are still not that prolific and should be extra careful when choosing hardware.

I think Scott, that some people don't know what "bit" OS system they got till they get home with it and start finding things out.

In the UK this is mostly brought on by computer retailers such as PC world and comet trying to clear their business stock.

It is rarely explained unfortunately that 64 bit os is designed for business applications and has limited hardware support at the moment.
