Hi there. Im a user of the HC-4500. Last weekend I had a sweet sixteen gig with a 1000 guest and I ask a Dj friend to help me. After the gig he ask me if there is a way to put hear the stutter effect when is in pause mode, like the CDJs and not like a turntable. I said that I dont know if it is possible and he said that he used a BCD2000 where it can... Its that true? If so, Is there a way to switch to stutter and vinyl modes like the Pioneer's CD players?

No one know if it is possible with the HC-4500, or even with the Boggis Mapper?

It's not currently possible to do frame cueing in VDJ unless you use timecode CD's in a CD player that has this feature.
However, my Denon HC4500 and DMC-2 make use of the play_stutter action to create an optional frame cueing mode that works quite well in VDJ 5.0
However, it doesn't currently work properly in VDJ 5.1 - I'm currently looking into whether this can be fixed for HC4500 mapper update that will be released shortly.

I have not tried your mapper yet, because native support works fine for me. But probably others (like last week) using my gear who are not used to VDJ or scratch-sound-cueing will be helpfull. So theres a change that I will give it a try this weekend.

If you use Windows Vista, please avoid using automix (Or turn the mapper off while it's in use.) There's a bug automix in the mapper when using Windows Vista which may cause a crash. This will be fixed in an update that will be released shortly.
If you don't use Window XP or don't use automix you won't have any problems.

I use XP 64. By the way, What is Automix? Lol...jk, I dont use it and I dont even know how to activate it.
JPOGGIS!, last night I used your mapper, with VDJ 5.1 and I almost sh!t on my pants!!! Incredible!!! Lots of info, loops like denon's, incredible, thank you very much for sharing the mapper it is amazing, makes me feel more confortable with VDJ.
The stutter for searching it is already in the mapper, called search mode in the jog mode config. Its good to know it.
Just 2 questions about your mapper:
1) How can assing the 2nd effect the Beat-Grind (like the native mode)
2) How can I sent the hot cues in the function buttons, and how can I delete them....or the funcion buttons have other functions than Cues.
