I purchase of 2 vinyl timecodec the site here of virtualdj and is almost 1 month, and unable to contact staff, received only 1 email to talk to more --@--.-- not respodem.

Please any colleague can help.

In tickets is only the status>> Read by Virtual DJ staff, assigned to an analyst

There is not much we can do, as forum members, except keep pushing this up. I am sure they are working on your problem. Please let us know how this turns out.
 
the problem is that it close the tickets without answers, they already sent several simple close.

It has no connection with the customers, already paid by credit card, at least they could have an email address in education.

Ok, so what version of VDJ are you using? I'm sure its a fully legal license. The problem with your order has been corrected. Check your tickets.
