When I am running videos on Windows XP using my HP labtop. For some reason, the video freezes up 2-3 seconds into the song, however the song still plays (the video freezes). I have 2 gig of ram so thats not the problem.. Does anyone have any ideas? I have tried more different videos same problem. Everything seems to run fine when using my Macbook Pro machine and I only have 1.5 gigs of ram in that. However I do have an intel core duo in my macbook and in my hp I have a AMD 64x2..

Has it always done this and what video card are you using. Next, does it only do it with video output?

On this computer yes it always has had problems playing the video. I just purchased this computer at best buy a little under a year ago. However, It says graphics by NVIDIA Go GeForce 6150..

This may be the problem, the graphics card may not be powerful enough to run video, that is why your video's are freezing.
