I JUST BOUGHT THE MK2 AND HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE USB DEVICE PICKING IT UP. I TRIED GOING TO THE WEBSITE AND DOWNLOADED THE DRIVER AND STILL NO LUCK. ANY IDEAS

Please turn off Caps Lock, it looks like you are shouting ;)
What seems to be a problem? Did you connect MK2 on a USB hub or directly to the PC? Try to install the drivers first, then connect MK2.

Lol my bad im just used to caps. But ive installed mk2 and vitrual dj program on my laptop. someone else even told me i had to download the drivers from hercules.com i did and still nothing. i am connecting the usb straight to the laptop. any other ideas on why it does not read the device

Hm, strange, it can be a faulty device. Did the led light when you connect MK2? Can you try it on some other USB port or Computer? Try contacting Hercules, they may help you more.
