Hello I have a problem that I had in the past but i cant remember how I solved it.
I use Automix at the moment because bussiness is slow here right now, well I just Formated pc ready for the season ahead & purchased a Dj I/O Sound Card.
Ok Got it working fine till and the end of every ocassional song ( Not All of them ) the cross fader is kicking in and you can hear the next song a lot louder then the one originally playing & when the transition of the two songs have finished the sound level goes normal of that song.
So it goes louder for a split second ( the time of the transition ) making everybody jump.
It happend before on my creative sound card but I think it was the case of changing the sound settings to 5.1 wich i have done with this one but doest work.
I´ve tryed changing all tipes of config, just can seem to get it.
I´m sure it´s something simple just need someone to point this out for a dummy :D
Also would be helpfull if people post how they configure VDJ for automix.
Sorry if this has been posted before but I couldn´t find anything by searching.
my specs:
Mother board : Asus p5w dh deluxe
Ram : 3gb 800mhz
Procesor: Intel Dual Core 6700
HDD: 4 Sata 200gb
VGA: Ati Raedon 1920 Club3d 256mb DDR3
Virtual Dj : 5.07

If the song is not analyzed or fully loaded onto the deck this will happen.

The songs have been played before (analyzed) not only that it hapens on the same song time after time.
I also tryed editing entry & exit ponits with no success.
I think it does it when it mix cuts. when it fades it´s fine.
Hope i am making sense.
