Topic: [Help Please] Controlling Effects

Hi,

I currently own a DMC2 and Virtual DJ Pro and I simply love both. Although I'm missing a little something and it would be able to get full control of the Effect in VDJ or a Hardware Effect controller.

Does anyone know any good ways of gainning access of the Effects in VDJ without using the mouse and changing the options, and all the things with the mouse.

I thought of EFX500, although Id be looking for more of a hardware that would control the VDJ effect.


Couple some members tell me which way they use their effects when DJing Live, id be greatly appreciated.

Any Opinions is greatly appreciated.

I would say download JPboggis's DMC2 mapper if you have done so already from the plugin download section. Then read his DMC2Mapper.txt file included with mapper and go to the section that deals with controlling the effects. I am sure with your set up this is a good place to start.

Thanks, Yes I do have that mapper although, I was looking for another Hardware I could buy to dedicate the EFX on that Hardware or something similar.
 
Does anyone recommand me using another MIDI controller?
