Topic: Why I'll Never Shop At Music123 Again

I ordered a blem stock Stanton c.314 from music123 only to find out the next day they cancelled the order (after charging me first) claiming it wasn't in stock, which is STILL listed on their site as in stock. Luckily, they sold me a new one for the same price. However, I had to pay all over again while I have to wait several days for my original paypal payment to be refunded, and even at that they aren't refunding my shipping costs, regardless that nothing was ever shipped. Finaly today they are in the process of shipping my order, but that doesn't take away the nightmare experiance with this purchase. So to anybody considering music123 I urge you to stay away, this company is a headache through and through;^[

I would go there in person and start swinging a heavy baseball bat!!!

charge you for shipping when the 1st order was not even shipped? Is that posted anywhere that if an order is cancelled you still on the hook for shipping??? Do you have an local news reporter that investigates fraud. They may not but its worth a shot. There might be many people in the same boat.

 
I had actualy ordered a $5 beatcounter with it, and now I see they actualy shipped that part of the order, but the invoice I see still only shows a $4.95 charge for that. Maybe they took the other $10 to ship the beatcounter & just didn't log it. I'm tired of having to call these guys every day so I'm not gonna bother about the shipping costs, hell I'm still getting a new c.314 for $250. Still, I think I'm going back Musicians Friend or Sweetwater next order;^]
 
On second thought that sounds about right and you would have thrown a beatdown for nothing !! :) stay home.
 
lol... true that, I'll just be happy to have the first of my new decks. Plus I can still at least say I walked out with a good deal;^]
