Is there anyway i can have the main track coming through my speakers and the track im going to cue in coming through my headphones?

One solution is by using a mixer. Also a registered version of VDJ helps. I hope to see you as a full member of the VDJ community when you've decided to use it on a more regular professional use.

A dual sound card, or split the signal, using a Y adapter.
