Topic: Help? Video Preview not Loading.

Hi. My friend has VirtualDJ (pretty sure it's 5.0) and when drags the video file to the media sections the video previews will not load. The audio works fine and the music files are valid. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Share more details. Which verision and your hardware specs. Hard to pinpoint a specific cause of the issue with so little info...
 
Uninstall the version of 5.0 and try the latest demo 5.07 , you will find it has many improvements.

Do you get a particular error message?
 
No there wasn't any particular error message and I don't know the computer's specs at the moment, I'll look them up later and post them.
 
What video type are they, what is the extention on the files ie "ARTIST - TITLE.MPG" Thats a Mpg file, whats yours?
