Not exactly...I'm a VJ remixer/turntablist and live in Australia...I cannot continue to dominate the VJ scene here without Promo Only Urban series - but cannot get it in Oceania/Pacific - U.S. Promo Only Admin recommend buying from UK but UK will not take Non-European Cred Cards -

So I had to get series off family in California but they have since moved back to Australia -

I only buy original discs and refuse to download off pirated sites like Keitex as I support the artists so I'm stuck in nowhere zone!!!

I wanted to strike up a deal with a current subscriber -
 
how about paying via bank transfer or direct debit.
 
for a sample of what I do ... type in DJ innov8 in youtube...
 
I would pay with gold bars if I could get it...

unfortunately, payment methods to Promo Only are not the issue...

U.S. division won't ship to me coz I'm in Oz...

 
PromoOnly are very 'cautious' about selling their DVDs to other contries.

they work very closely with the record companies, and usually the DVDs contain some records that may not be released in other contries.
this is why they wont sell the American DVDs in the UK, and vise-versa.

however, for Austalia, i would try calling the US PromoOnly, and seeing what they say about sending their DVDs there. maybe they have another service which they could recomend..

otherwise, its also worth doing a google search for and DVD music Video providers in your country.

failing that, there is always ebay. sometimes you might stumble upon people selling some of their genuine discs. it does happen.
(I've found genuine DMC cds on ebay, which retired DJs sell off...)

(ps. Im not due for retirement for years yet, so none of my discs will be found on ebay yet :))

We have a service that provides music videos...but nowhere enough Urban Music to make it a viable option for an Urban VJ!
 
Sooooooo, what kind of drugs do they have over there in Oz, maybe we could trade.

You will not get promo only music video subscription here in australia.

I am also from Australia and Promo Only is only Licenced to US & Canada does not hold licencing for Australia.

As for staying ahead in the VJ Market here try one of the 3 following:

Nightlife Music Video witch is the same company as Screenplay in the US

SBA Music Video

or

Visual Sounds.

They are the 3 Australian Supplyers of Music Video & we hold full back cateloges of all of the above.

I have never heard of you in the VJ Sceen where are you based.

I'm just here to touch base with a subscriber to Promo Only and piggy back titles of them...

I'm surprised you haven't heard of me as I'm Australia's most viewed VJ on Youtube with 100,000 hits....and the only full time hip hop/RnB VJ

but then, to be fair, I've been touring the States so much over the last two years, I haven't really been in Oz much...

I've been playing in Melbourne City- RnB Superclub/Hushbar etc but will be VJing in Mass, Brisbane on 5th April...

Where are you VJing?
 
I use to live in australia .. If you need ligit music call the soundfactory in melbourne .. tell them the hypnotist stretch sent you.. they sell all the sets... stuie is a great guy and will not screw you over..
