just installed 5.07 but didn't test it at home. im out at the moment trying to Dj without a controller. only the sound card works even though the Hercules MK1 console is activated in the remote options.
any ideas?

I just re-installed 5.0 rev 6 and it all works again. I noticed in the "remote control" section I can right click on the hercule's and select another "config menu" which doesn't seem to appear in 5.0.07 ???
Is it time for a new controller? Has support for the Hercules MK1 Console stopped? I've had it a few years, but is so small and compact and handy I don't want to part with it.

Alot of users have experience problems with 5.07 and the herc consoles, I have. I'm running 5.06 now as I couldn't get it to work either, hopefully it will be sorted out in the next revision, or 5.1.
They where plenty of post about this matter about 3-4 weeks ago, try the search and you will see.
