first of all sorry if this is in the wrong section... i have bought a herculeas mk2 mixer. i am trying to run it with virtual dj version 5 proffesional, but im having a problem with the queing track coming out the earphones? i cant get it to work, if i flip the headphone switch on the mixer between(mix, deck 1 deck 2, split ) it doesnt just change the sound coming from the headphones but also the speakers?? please help!

your firmware on the console needs updating, maybe even manually.
contact support @ www.hercules.com they respond rather quickly....
they'll hook ya up with the howt-to's on updating firmware manually.
