Topic: PLEASE HELP!!!! DJConsole MP3 v 3.4.1 headphone set-up

Me again,

Thanks for the help yesterday,

I've just bought a soundblaster surround 5.1 external soundcard. I've installed everything and have sound through the front channel, however, when I plugged the headphones into the rear input I hear nothing!

Please help any advice will be much appreciated!

In your version, in soundcard setup, there is something to select... 4.1 checkbox, or headphones or something
(sorry been a while since I've seen your version, but you will find it I bet)

Also, at the soundblaster live, it has a dedicated headphone out dont it? Might be work checking if thats where the sound goes
 
I have checked the box in soundcard config.

The dedicated headphone socket just overrides the audio and it comes through the headphones only.


 
I still have no sound preview please help,

Can I not set one channel for one deck and the other for the second deck?

If so how?

If I download the pro demo/trial version will it work with my console? I tried this but it didn't seem to?
 

Could you post a screenshot of the soundcard setup ?

If checked for 4.1 card /headphone use, it should play master out at channel 1/2 out of your soundcard, and headphone (prelisten) at your headphone socket or rear out


The console does work in the demo yes, you need to activate it in controller setting inside VDJ :)
