Hi!
I have been using vdj for prouse now about a year. Ewerything have worked just fine. Now i have my first little broblem. Rev. 6 have lost the mp4 video codec. I tried to download and install the software again. But the codec is still missing.

is it missing in VDJ options
go to options > codecs
and add .mp4
and choose internal video decoder
you will need a mp4 codec like this one
http://www.free-codecs.com/FFDShow_download.htm
installed on your machine

It is the video support for mp 4 video that was added in rev 6 thats missing. It dissapeard just like that. Windows vista did do some updates last week and after that the codec didn´t show up.

so you mean to say you cant play mp4 files in any program at all? if you can, then just follow sky's instructions and it will work. either way, follow sky's instructions and get the codec from the site and install it first.

Ok I tried sky´s instructions. Did not work. Mp4 videos plays fine in other player´s but not inVDJ. They did work at first, when updated to rev. 6.
