Topic: Deck control

由于该帖子已年深日久，可能包含陈旧过时或描述错误的信息。

If a song is playing on deck A and I load a song onto deck B,
it should highlight deck B so that when I hit space bar, deck B
starts to play; and vice versa.
This works with XP, however I have found that with
Vista it does not work.
Anyone else see this? If so any cures?

Hi bogart, me still using XP and mac OSX so can't comment on vista;

hmmm how abt creating the keyboard shortcut. it should werk don't they:)

Thanks, I'll have to give that a try. One sys with XP is fine the other is Vista
and that is the one that doesn't work normally.
 
Still no luck in getting this to work in Vista.
Only solution I can think of now is to uninstall VDJ and reinstall
to see if that will fix things.
Any other suggestions??
 
hold that thought first mates, Maybe someone who use vista will post here soon n help ya:).. Sorry i can't be a help on this as i dun use vista os:(
 
Mine works fine on vista. As a matter fact, I'm in the process of setting all my hot cues and goto buttons now.

In config.. headphones set to ON LOAD

shortcuts - deck control - play/pause - <spacebar> on focus deck

Does the <P> work for play/pause currently as it should?

Strange, but today it is now working. Changed skins from vmix 1.2 to the new one and
it is now working. Went back and forth between the 2 skins and all is fine now.
I doubt it was the skin though. Possibly some quirk in vista.
