*This is actually, an old feature request, not a new one...*

Believe it or not, my biggest problem with Virtual dj since
version 1.08 is how to return back to a folder after a search.
Search fuction in vdj is so quick and easy, just a shortcut in
the keyboard for me.
BUT, when i play music from XXX sub-sub-folder of XX subfolder of the X folder, and want to search for something,
how can i go back again to that subforder ? ...
Answer: Only with the mouse, and i hate it..., so many clicks, to go back.
It was easy and "clear" with 1.08 version, 2 separate windows,
just 2 keyboard shortcuts.
If you can't give us the "old" way, please add an action
(keyboard shortcut) to "go back".
Lets say, one uses the key * for the search and control+*
to go back to the last folder.

yes you are right.the old option was much better.but even better in ATOMIX2!!!!!!!!

Please give us the old way back, the program code already
exist and it will not hurt anybody you can do it like an option.

I was thinking again about the second solution with the
"back" button. I have it clearer in my mind now.
My suggestion is : Make it as a switch button.
Just a shortcut key (and action) to switch between
the "last" folder in the browser and the last search
including the findings of the last search.
Lets say i play a song from a folder with pop music.
Then i search for "Madona" for example (using the search
key shortcut), and load one of Madona's song in the player.
Now i press this "BACK" button to switch to the last folder and continue play music from the "pop" folder.
If after 10 minutes i want to play another song from Madona,
i have just to press the "BACK" button again.
All Madona's songs are still listed there...
The search findings will "reset" to start a new search only if i
press the search key shortcut (like it is already now)
This is the best i can think and it is very simillar with the old way. Only that the "old" 1.08 way uses separate windows,
with the benefit to have the columns in different way...
