I have a ACER 9410 notebook (1.6 ghz centrino duo core,2gb ram,120 gbhd,gm950 chipset(224mb shared video),320 gb ext hd,maya 44,technics 1200's, numark fx5000 mixer...I am trying to purchase a all in one controller for my mobile rig to mix video.. I am trying to travel light.. What would be a better choice the Numark total Control or the Hercules mk2????I understand the Herc has a built in soundcard but I already have a maya 44. Which has better features & controls. I am currently running vdj 4.2.....

since u already have a soundcard, total control is better minus no headphone input n btw pls use the latest demo n if u have bought the software pls register them at ur modify my profile, thanks.
Also either one of those controllers will give u home licensed status n for herc mk2 u could upgrade for pro later with a discounts.

the total control has no soundcard, so you would need to use the maya for that
it has preview buttons to change the preview to deck a or b tho
please add your serial for your professional product..
