would like to know if i could a dj cd player scratch turntable instead of buying a turntable..to use the virtual effect..if not could you recommend what would be good to use

You can use a timecode CD with any player. Download that here...

Timecode CD

Depending on the player you may have to reduce the volume in an audio editing software, I think it is -13db.
