Topic: Open IME / Close IME

If you right click in the text box, it gives you the option 'Open IME' and afterwards to 'Close IME'
What does this mean?

It's not an option of the plugin but of your Windows Vista because i don't have this window
 
 
Thanks CSTOLL, at least i can type my messages in japenese now, which is a feature i needed :)
