Topic: keylock

how can i just adjust the pitch without havin to worry about keylock like if i diabled timestretch in 3.4

On the latest version, to disable keylock just click on the padlock icon just by the pitch fader on the default skin. When it glows keylock is on and when it's grey keylock is off.

well mine i guess my vdj dont work cause when its on its stretched and the same for off and i have slow it down then press keylock for it to work and i just want to avoid keylock altogether like in v 3.4
 
Oh, that's stange! For me I just turn it off on each deck (click on each padlock to turn each one grey), then load tracks and it they play without any kind of timestretch or keylock on them.
 
Oh, i know this is a bit of a silly thing, but just to check, you are clicking the padlock with the word "keylock" next to it (just below the pitch slider and the pitch bend buttons on the default skin).

I've just noticed there are another set of padlocks on the screen which control the smart looping mode. :)
 
yeah thats the one, i dont know what the deal is, i feel like going back to 3.4 but it sucks for tccd and ive also thought about switching to serato but i need some extra shortcuts, im real confused
