Im sure a lot of you have upgraded to Vista already... If you've upgraded, have you noticed a difference in performance? and does VDJ Pro 4.2 run better with Vista?

I was told I should upgrade to Business Premium I think ... Will it run just as well with Home Basic?

business edition has most of the features except tv so its good:)

it has a totaly new sound and video api they load much faster and are smoother
 
Dude you so have to ditch XP... its all about the VISTA... If you want a system with no snap, crackles, and pops then vista is a must... Tip... Make sure you have enough ram cause vista is HUNGRY for it..

Well, you tell someome to get enough ram but don't say how much is enough, sheesh?

anything above a 1gb is good, Sweet spot for vista right now is 2gb, it will scream, i am saving to put the 4gb maximum that my laptop can take, but that is expensive.

On a side note, i got support from vdj staff about running dj console mk2 under vista, and i am happy to say IT TOTALLY ROCKS, i am so happy of running everything through vista.
