the dj console is not being recognized by the dj console CPL. it works perfectly fine as a sound card. when i try to start up virtual DJ it says it's not plugged in. i'm not sure why this is happening. i've installed all the drivers required. the other software that came with the dj console work okay also. can anyone help me out please?
