Topic: Please give me some advice - Buying a laptop

Hi!

I would like to buy a laptop, and it's very important for me that VirtualDJ should work correctly on this. I don't have much money, but I think I found a good enough but affordable laptop:

So my question is, do you recommend this machine for (for home - sometimes for smaller parties) Virtual DJ fun? :)
And could it have much better performance with an 512MB DDR2 ram increasing? (So that'd be 1024MB ram innit)

for audio its good , would upgrade the ram

think its got intergrated graphix card which is bad for video

Yes, probably it has integrated video card, but video mixing is not important me at all.

I would go with a HP Pavilion DV5000 Series with the AMD 64 Processor, 5400RPM Hard Drive.2GB ram, and Windows HP Home... WHy because I have a ZV5000 Series with same specs, and it (A) Never Freezes (B) Fast, and can never be slowed down (C) I use it for all my gigs.

bit of an overkill for a home party lol

but a nice machine for sure :)
 
Just get Toshiba ;) It just works! :P
