Well i answered my own question. I went out and bought m-audio torq. The m-audio interface does in fact work and it works very well. However i must say, i didnt like m-audios software much!!! lololol. Ill mess with it some more though.

It would seem to reason that the BEST soundcard to use with VDJ is the one that is most well supported in VDJ. I think that is the ESI u46dj.

Well depending on your budget and your needs. I can confirm that emu 1616m and the Motu Ultralite work great, and with almost 0 latency. I am currently using the Motu, you have more inputs/outputs so if you want to mess with ableton and other audio applications.
