Just noticed that someone is asking about downloading things and cant' because they are not registered. Problem I see is that they are using my name. Can we somehow be sure that this is changed? I did not post this.

unless by any chance that person who logged in as YOU, somehow, who knows how, but maybe somehow, happened to put the correct password with your login name. it could happen, just like winning the lottery, 1 in a million chances.
change your account password and see what happens next. maybe it'll fix the problem.
