I cant get VDJ to work properly with the soundcard. I cannot cue with the headphones, even when I set it to ASIO driver mode. What should I do?

why are you using the asio drivers? try it in 4.1 mode

I only have 2 speakers? :S

Both my speakers and my headphones are still in master...

if the card doesnt have 4.1 or above you only could do it with a splitter
if it does you should enable 4 channels with your soundcards software prior to using the 4.1 option in Vdj

I'm actually at work and don't have 4.0 in front of me, so hopefully someone who does can give a quick hand
but that card does have more than 2 out, so it should be possible

Sound setup:

If you using external mixer:
Outputs:External Mixer
Sound Card(s):4.1
Front output is left deck, Rear output is right deck.

If you don't use mixer than:
Outputs:Headphones
Sound Card(s):4.1
Front output is Master out, Rear out is your headphones.
This card has 2 stereo outputs and 2 inputs so you can use TCV's also.
Remember to set your sound card in 5.1 mode in drivers or in windows.

Hmm... Well, now there's only coming sound out of one of the speakers, and there's no sound in my headphones? When i press the tab button (changing the deck), the speaker mutes...

Is there any special settings in the audiophile usb control panel software, that needs to be turned on? I think the software is to basic...

No solution to this problem. I think it has something to do with the soundcard, it is totally new, but it doesn't work very well.

I have the same problem in Traktor. Anyone who had the same type of problem with this soundcard? And what do you mean by 2 outputs? I can only see a Right and Left Output, isn't that the same output but just in stereo?
