Hi there,
From what i've tried I don't think it's possible but i want to know sure anyway :).
when i'm using my external mixer in conjunction with the hercules console i keep the crossfader setting to "N" (neutral)
Wich is where the software fader needs to be..
However I still intend to use the jog wheels on the hercules for scratch, spin and cue, but as any user of the hercules will know it's difficult to use the jogs without "knocking" the fader on the hercules...
And when that happens it usually messes up the mix, as it's an unintended transition...
the console mapper doesn't allow you to disable or remap the cross fader...
Is there any other way I can disable the in software fader and keep it "locked" to center, rather than "put" to center?...

there should be an option to play both decks in one output if you have the full version and use external mixer ...
Not sure, ask someone to test it I can't help you.
BPM studion has such an option to play both decks to one output and monitor to other.
