beatport is the most famous one. But I suggest you explore all the other sites ;)
The ones I prefer now are www.stompy.com and www.juno.co.uk
Juno is brilliant :) You can download mp3 as well and it is quite underground. You'll find a lot of songs that all the other internet sites don't have.
The other advantage is you can listen to all the mp3 from one kind of music as a .m3u Very useful :p
